00:10 Dries Buytaert: What I look for in hiring engineers is, in every interview I do, I ask the candidates if they have any other passions. Because, in my mind, if people don't have any other passions, I don't think they can really get passionate about working on Drupal or working at Acquia. And so to me, it's just really important that people can get really passionate about what they do, whatever it is that they do, and that they actually developed a few passions, whether it's cooking, or biking, or reading. There has to be something that you have to be passionate about.
