Peter Thiel can soon add author to his long list of accomplishments.

The co-founder of Paypal and Facebook investor is writing a book about building companies, reports The New York Times. He says he plans to cover topics similar to those he taught in a computer science class at Stanford.

The book, Zero to One, is aimed at helping people understand the future. In 2010, he created the Thiel Fellowship, which awards twenty young individuals with $100,000, provided they leave college to pursue their work. In 2011, Breakout Labs was created to fund scientific research that might not be eligible for traditional grants.

The book is due March 2014 and will be printed by Crown Publishing Group, an imprint of Random House.
