Tell us your story.
My company, HostMySite.com just celebrated its seventh birthday. In our seven years of web hosting, we're not the largest company out there - not even close - but we're proud to be the best. We have grown impressively over the past 7 years, and I was recently awarded SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year for Delaware. HostMySite.com is a solid, enduring, and independent mid-market hosting company with customer service and technical competence that greatly exceeds what any of our rivals have been able to offer. We are one of the largest hosting companies in terms of organic growth - having successfully resisted the temptation of growth by acquisition, or anything that might disrupt our service culture. We have prospered through an economic downturn on an unwavering commitment to provide unconditional, and uncompromising personal service to every one of our customers. We recently completed construction on a new datacenter without taking on any significant debt. Our entire company has been built on an initial $1,000 investment my business partner and I made 7 years ago. Lou was very specific with me, "your services are not meeting our standards and unless you fix the problems then I will have to find another provider". Lou made a comittment that if we could improve our services where it did not impact his operations and the quality of service provided to his customers then he would give us another shot. It took 2 years for us to turn things around earning business again with HostMysite and Lou. Lou's comittment to his customers is unwaivering, but he also is comitted to his vendors.
