With 27 years of leadership across a wide variety businesses, he brings experience in managing organizations in both public and private environments across all functional areas. He is currently CEO of the Inc. CEO Project, a firm that focuses on building the support organizations that CEOs need to break through their toughest challenges and keep growing. He has most recently run professional service, telecommunications, software, hardware and capital equipment businesses. All of these businesses had extensive international operations. Jim has done business in 26 countries, spanning the globe.
