MPS CEO and Cofounder Vlad Sadovsky is an immigrant from Ukraine who survived thyroid cancer, related to the nuclear accident at Chernobyl. After completing his cancer treatments and operations, his values changed: he married, and his wife encouraged him to do something he always wanted to do-- start his own business. "I just want to have people really make a living and truly have the support of this company in a tough economy," Sadovsky said. "If I can give back by employing 20 more people, that's the best thing I can do for this economy today."
