MaxLinear's business model

MaxLinear provides highly integrated radio-frequency analog and mixed signal semiconductor system-on-a-chip (SoC) services for broadband communication applications offering high levels of performance, small silicon die size, and low power consumption. Its products enable the display of broadband video in a wide range of electronic devices, including cable and terrestrial set top boxes, digital televisions, mobile handsets, personal computers, netbooks, and in-vehicle entertainment devices. The company went public in March 2010.
