00:11 Josh Linkner: The most successful people are all-in, yet so many of us in our business lives are hedging. We're always thinking about plan B instead of fully committing to the task at hand. This is not the time to hedge your bets. The minute you start thinking about something else, you lose focus. I've seen people try to hedge their bets and it rarely works. As a venture capitalist, I've had people come and say, "Here are three of my favorite ideas. Which one do you like? Which one would you want to fund?" And I always say if you're not passionate and ready to run through fire for one of these ideas, how can I get excited about it? It's got to be the one idea that's about to change the world, not one of 15 that you happen to be pitching. You don't see the founders of Groupon starting 16 other companies. You don't see Zuckerberg running around also launching a beauty line. What they do is they get everything they've got into one thing, and they drive that home no matter what it takes to win. In your business and your life, it's time to go all-in. It's time to pick one thing and be the best in the world at it. Put everything you've got behind it.
