The Pre-Shopping Behaviors That Lead People to Buy (Infographic)

Shoppers' pre-purchase habits are shaped by today's technologies. But the deal isn't always sealed online.

Technology has undeniably changed the way that consumers shop. Rather than leisurely browsing the aisles, half of your customers now spend about 50 percent of their shopping time researching products online before a buy. That said, despite having the option of purchasing products online, 90 percent of consumers still value brick and mortar stores.

The infographic below, created by Column Five and Milo, creator of a local shopping tool, looks at more of the pre-purchase habits of today's shopper.
