"Company Culture That Works" Written by Inc. 5000 CEOs
On August 29, 2010, a power panel of successful business entrepreneurs - members of Inc. Magazine's Business Owners Council - assembled to discuss a crucial topic that concerns just about every business owner from day one through several stages of growth - defining and building the right company culture for my organization. The result of our discussion was an original white paper entitled, "Company Culture that Works: How Alignment Increases Productivity and Creates a Competitive Advantage for your Business."
This paper offers compelling perspectives on challenges commonly faced by today's business owners:
- Formalize company culture and core values or let them grow organically within the organization;
- How do you communicate your company culture to your employees and clients;
- How do you change your company's culture; and
- Hiring someone who fits the company culture and acts as an ambassador for your business.
Thank you Bruce Eckfeldt, Peter Nalen, Jena Gardner, and Naomi Glaser for sharing your insights with the members of the Greater New York business community!
