Council Member Jennifer Maanavi, proprietor of Inc. 5000 co. Physique 57, is now also a published author! Her new book (co-authored by Physique 57 instructor Tanya Becker) has just been released. "The Physique 57 Solution" is based on their popular exercise-dance regime which is the toast of the "Us Magazine" celebrity set, including body-goddesses Demi Moore and Kelly Ripa. 

Subtitled "The Groundbreaking  2-Week Plan for a Lean, Beautiful Body," Jennifer's new book was just released by Grand Central Life & Style publishers and is now for sale at bookstores everywhere.
