Inc. Business Owners Council Launching in Philadelphia

In 2010, Inc. magazine's Business Owners Council launched in the Greater New York area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut). In 2011, we're bringing our show down to Philadelphia. We're extremely excited to announce the launch of our second Council chapter.

"Launching in Philadelphia makes great sense," says Nam Bui, The Council's membership director. "It's a thriving entrepreneurial community and they're really our close neighbors."

Over the past few months, The Council has held several initial "meet-and-greets" to get to know the movers and shakers of the area. Alyssa Wicks, director of outreach says, "through our popular CEO Roundtable series, we've been able to learn what's important and unique about the community of business owners in the Philadelphia area and begin to structure a learning program that suits their needs and helps them accelerate their progress."

Inc. Business Owners Council members of our Philadelphia chapter are also able to attend our New York area meetings--a reciprocity policy that will exist for all Council chapters as they roll out nationwide.
