Council Member Fernando Sepulveda, CEO of Impulsa, has shared a new white paper that his firm has released. Entitled "Breaking through the Growth Ceiling," the white paper shares brief case studies of businesses that have hit plateaus, then worked through those plateaus to reach higher levels of success. 

Through the case studies, the white paper offers up a combination of strategy and tactics to help the reader see how other companies are approaching common challenges.
