$For more than 20 years, Black & Webster, a machine tool manufacturer in Waltham, Mass., updated its sales literature for their electropunch. Over the years, five different promotion pieces were developed.
One day, president Peter Webster sat down and read the pieces and realized they could be consolidated into one comprehensive brochure. The savings, at approximately $750 per piece: four times $750, or about $3,000.
