How in the world does your editor justify devoting so much valuable space to the ranting and raving of Louis Kelso ("Louis Kelso's ESOP Crusade," April)?
I formally turned my company over to the employees in January 1980 through an ESOP plan. I have read about many plans, but I have yet to find one equal to ours, in which the employee doesn't invest one dime, but still owns the company.
