You have done the business community a great service by running an article on Bill Gore's "lattice organization." It reminds us that there are lots of different methods to approach the same targets of profits and productivity, and that some of them are a lot more fun than others.

I particularly enjoyed Sara Clifton's "Supreme Commander" title on her business card and recognized that an organization that could appreciate that kind of humor possesses a tremendous asset in its managers with such high self-esteem. I salute their individual initiative and pride in achievement!
