When The Chips Are Down

 

I was surprised by Mr. Liederman's frankness about his employment philosophy. Perhaps his labor/production problems arise from his own beliefs. As manager of a one-hour photo lab, I have found that associates will rise to the occasion when given the proper motivation and leadership.

Mr. Liederman has shown that his "chimpanzees" can make cookies. For his sake, one can only hope that they haven't yet learned how to read.
