Gender Gap
I was surely bewildered by "Personal Business." Author Tom Richman's examples of people who had not done well and were struggling were women, yet the success stories (and the photographs) were of men. What does that say to women who want to start their own businesses? The message I got was that if I were to have my own business, I would manage badly and be frustrated and unsuccessful.
Most men would never admit to their business failures; women are more open and willing to talk things out in order to find better solutions and become more efficient and successful.
