How New Is Workstyle?

 

I read "Workstyle" with great interest. There is no doubt that the social activities of working teams are important to evolve and maintain good feelings, and good feelings among teammates are necessary for good cooperation and communication.

However, the most important pleasure, and the basic motivator, is the belief and conviction that what you are doing is worthwhile, that you are making substantial contributions to the success of the enterprise, and that the products and services you produce have high value and are beneficial to people.

People who are allowed to increase their freedom grow in capability, knowledge, skill, and self-responsibility. Principles of this kind are always basic, more so than entertaining and perhaps diverting workstyles.
