According to available documents, the 674 directors on INC. 100 boards include 12 doctors, 30 lawyers, and 23 consultants. The financial world supplies eight commercial bankers, 39 investment bankers, and 62 venture capitalists. Over one-third of the board members are company insiders, and nearly one-quarter are considered industry experts. Forty-six are members of the CEO's family.
