Which Side Are You On?

 

I was amused and surprised to realize how pro-American INC. is (applause) when it lauded muscle-in-management style for American business ("Steel Man Ken Iverson," Face-to-Face, April), but scoffed at it for the Japanese ("Theory F," April).

I sure hope that Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors ("Two-Away Zone," Blue Chips, April) read "Theory F." It implies that the U.S. antomobile market could again belong to the United States within the next 10 to 20 years, if it heeds the impact of today's youth on Japanese manufacturing.
