Franchisor's Fall

What does INC. want to say about Carol Brothers in "Fear of Franchising" (June) -- that she used her sexuality? Better to make the point all in one sentence and go on to describe her business problems than to lard the story with innuendos and pejorative words about her body. What man has been written up in INC. with these words, which were in the first two pages of the story: "she pranced," "cover-girl model," "still a looker," "Dolly Parton shape that he elegant suit could not disguise," "bouncy," "knockout?"

This is very offensive journalism. If you want to raise the subject of how people use their sexuality when they have business problems, do it honestly for both sexes. Otherwise, please drop the misogynist language and stick to business analysis.
