Mitch Kapor just keeps on walking. After leaving Lotus Development Corp., the software giant he founded ("Walking Away from It All," January 1987), he teamed up with Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz, among others, to start a kosher delicatessen in Harvard Square, but had second thoughts when he saw the terms of the deal. Having pulled out of the deli, Kapor can now devote full attention to ON Technology, his new software startup, which is good news for personal computer users -- unless they were hoping for corned beef on rye, that is.
