Your review of MarketFax was shameful, since it has capabilities quite different from those of the other packages you reviewed. It's like condemning a Corvette because it has only two seats.

But beyond that, you did an inadequate job on the subject overall. I have specified and implemented sales management software in more than 30 businesses. Each one has experienced dramatic sales increases with far greater control over the operation of their companies. You did your readers a disservice by not showing them the potential benefits of computerized sales management systems.
