Imagine a cloth diaper with the features of the disposable kind. Culley Davis's brother-in-law did. He sold the idea for $1,000 to Davis, who developed a new, improved cloth diaper, complete with Velcro tabs and elasticized legbands. Davis is now marketing Didee-Snug nationally.
