Mike Moore built his first company around the Snugli, a baby carrier you strap across your chest or back. Now he's back with Air Lifts -- Snuglies for people who have to carry around oxygen canisters. How big is the market? "Big enough to justify the fun of creating a business," says Moore, who runs Air Lift Unlimited Inc. out of Evergreen, Colo.
