If you've ever ordered a hamburger at a convenience store, you know how soggy microwaved meat can be. Enter Smokaroma, a commercial barbeque-equipment company in Boley, Okla. Its newest product will cook two patties in 25 seconds. Designed for convenience stores that don't have a grill, the Instant Burger works by sending a current directly through the meat -- in effect, electrocuting it.
