Marshall Swerman just loved whipped cream, but he worried about what it was doing to his arteries and waistline. So he developed Yo-Whip, a yogurt version of Reddi-Wip, with 75% less fat and half the calories and cholesterol. Now his Toluca Lake, Calif., company is marketing the product through supermarkets.
