Delinquent bank card bills account for 5% of the collection industry's volume -- or more than $3 billion annually. Integratec Inc., founded by former execs from Visa and First Interstate, is the first collection agency to target this niche. The angle: unlike traditional agencies, the Atlanta-based start-up offers everything from application handling to customer service.
