New Business paragraph regarding the manufacture of commercial submarines.

Ron Bell was intrigued when he read about a Scottish company selling "leisure" submarines, and he looked into running one off the Florida coast. But U.S. law requires commercial boats operating here to be built here. So Bell joined with the Scottish engineers to form Nautilus Submarines of America Inc. The Fort Pierce, Fla., company aims to sell just three to five of the $3-million vessels a year, joint-venturing their operation and maintenance.
