Asked what type of health insurance they had, workers said:

Traditional fee-for-service plan 33.4%

HMO 10.1

Preferred-provider organization 5.7

Uninsured 8.4

Other 18.1

Don't know 24.3

Almost 25% of surveyed employees didn't know what kind of health coverage their employers provided.
