Friedmar Music has developed a magnified slide viewer that projects music measure by measure.

For 15 years, Richard Friedmar transcribed sheet music into enlarged notation for visually impaired piano students. Then he came up with a better solution: a kind of magnified slide viewer that projects music measure by measure. Friedmar Music Magni-Viewer, in Toledo, is targeting the machine and accompanying carousels of music to such institutions as nursing homes.
