Radio Waves Inc. plans to publish a biweekly listing of programs called Radio Guide Magazine.

Eight million people listed to radio in Los Angeles, and Phil Marino and Tommi Lewis hope at least 10,000 of them will buy their 95¢ biweekly listing of programs. Radio Guide Magazine hit L.A. newsstands in March after a three-month test. Radio Waves Inc. is betting that listeners who now use the radio randomly really want to know what's on, and when.
