SportsBand Network transmits its own radio show for attendees at PGA golf events.

Theis Rice and Frank Mitchell thought spectators would enjoy golf tournaments more if they could follow the action all over the course. So the pair created a radio broadcast program for attendees. SportsBand Network, in Dallas, rolls into PGA tour events and does its own show via low-power transmitters. Other potential markets: tennis tournaments, auto races, the Olympics.
