How much can you trust the executives you do business with? Not much, according to the people who work with them most. In a recent Louis Harris & Associates survey conducted for Steelcase Inc., 87% of office workers said they consider it very important for management to be honest, upright, and ethical -- but only 39% would describe their own company's management in those terms.
