A Pflugerville, Tex., company says its new drywall pulverizer can save contractors time and money. The machine, from National Gyp Chipper, reduces scrap gypsum board into chips and powder, which take up less space in dumpsters. That's good for contractors, who pay for unloading by the dumpster. A spin-off company is now raising money to build plants for converting the residue into fertilizer, insulation, filler, and flea powder.
