Two days before the California earthquake last fall, Percol Polymerics officially incorporated. Four days later the company was called on to help fix the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. The Fountain Valley company's secret? A proprietary 10-minutes-to-dry elastic cement system. It allows for speedy reinforcement and repair work.
