It's a growing market for our times: helping corporations and municipalities deal with financial woes from over-leveraging. So thinks former New York City comptroller Harrison Goldin. After 16 years as the city's CFO, he's opened Goldin Associates to help ailing governments and companies wade through financial workouts and negotiate with creditors.
