At It Again: Two years ago, after a bitter breakup with partner Paul Hawken, Dave Smith left mail-order garden supplier Smith & Hawken. Today Smith is back with preventive health catalogs called SelfCare. For now, all Smith will say is he's "luring away as many Smith & Hawken employees as he can get his hands on."
