Some people have trouble getting any money; others can't give it away. Take an investor group that tried to fork over $6 million to fund Fred Hebbel's digital-camera start-up. Unfortunately, Hebbel just couldn't accept. He explains that they were Panamanian investors with rumored ties to the deposed regime.
