The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends activities such as bicycling and tennis -- diversions generally not available to the business traveler. Lie on your side with one hand supporting your head. Open a phone book halfway and drape it over your outside leg. Keeping your knee straight, raise your leg 4 to 10 inches, then lower."
