Concerns raised at Harvard Divinity School's "Ministry in the Urban Context" seminar by the Reverend Ozzie Edwards of Eliot Congregational Church, in Roxbury, Mass., mirrored a typical CEO's concerns: limiting our focus; enlisting support; avoiding overlap; identifying resources; generating cooperation; and maintaining a balance between spiritual and social responsibility.

It's not surprising, then, that at the top of the Reverend Edwards's list of things to do in his Daytimer was this: "Learn Quicken system."
