Some data showing how satisfied 400-plus companies are with the performance of their teams.

Team members at 400-plus U.S. and Canadian companies recently reported that they were satisfied with the overall performance of their teams. When asked about specific goals, however, the teams were tougher on themselves -- a sign that measurable success doesn't always come easily to teams.
