Like few other additions to your summer wardrobe, a pair of sunglasses is as much a necessity as it is a fashion statement. That said, a cheap pair with total UV protection will shield your eyes as well as any $350 designer number.

This season's current looks for women include Jackie O-inspired frames and feminized aviator styles. Men's styles are trending toward Top Gun-esque aviators and sporty wraparound frames. When shopping for a pair, choose a frame that contrasts with the shape of your face. Square frames will look more flattering on a round face, and rounder styles will look best on an angular, narrow face.
