A long flight doesn't have to come with a stiff neck. Alan Hedge, director of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Laboratory at Cornell University, gives his stamp of approval to two ergonomic travel pillows. The ezysleep ($31) has a 360-degree enclosure so your neck is cushioned no matter which way your head lolls. A strap can loosen or tighten the circle to ensure a perfect fit. And Tempur-Pedic's Transit Pillow ($75) is made of memory foam; it molds to your neck, so it continues to provide support even if your head moves.
