Touchscreen Tunes

The latest Sonos Multi-Room Music System with a touchscreen device is refreshingly sleek

John Ueland

What a difference a touchscreen makes. Like its predecessor, the latest Sonos Multi-Room Music System lets you stream your collection of music, plus songs from thousands of Internet radio stations and services such as Pandora and Sirius. But Sonos has ditched its old clunky remote in favor of a sleek touchscreen device that makes it much easier to look up artists and songs. Want a second remote? The new Sonos iPhone app gives you the same functionality for free. COST: The full system costs $999 and includes two ZonePlayers, which you attach to your speakers. You can buy the clicker alone for $349.
