The Nikon COOLPIX S1000pj has all the features you would expect from a high-end compact digital camera: It takes crisp 12-megapixel photographs, has a powerful 5X wide-angle zoom, and records short movies. What's unexpected is the 5.5-ounce camera's built-in projector, which casts a 40-inch image on a wall or screen so you can see your photos or videos writ large in an instant.
