Rocio Romero's namesake firm designs and manufactures prefab modern homes. Since founding the company in 2000, Romero has sold more than 120 prefab kits, which cost $20,500 to $46,000. When Romero gave birth to twins a year ago, she took a novel approach to arranging her St. Louis home to accommodate company and family.
