Steve and Tyra Abrams, owners of Magnolia Bakery, are set to open a Los Angeles outpost of their popular New York City cupcake shops this spring. The West Hollywood location will be the sixth for the bakery, which set up shop in Dubai in February. "I don't understand car culture, so we picked one of the few neighborhoods in L.A. where people walk," says Steve Abrams....Trip Hawkins, video game pioneer and founder of Electronic Arts, is hoping his Facebook card game, NanoStar Castles, will be a breakout hit for his latest company, Digital Chocolate. "This gives us a signature product," says Hawkins, who has been working on the concept behind the game for 16 years....Sam Calagione, founder of Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ales, is working with chef Mario Batali and three other microbreweries, including two in Italy, on a New York rooftop brewpub and restaurant called Eataly. "My favorite moment was bringing everyone together to brew our first batch of beer," Calagione says....Donald Trump is putting a friendlier spin on The Apprentice. In the upcoming season, the show will feature everyday contestants instead of celebrities, and Trump will give career advice to fired candidates....Former Access Hollywood host Nancy O'Dell is launching an outdoor furniture line named Red Carpet Furniture, which will hit stores this spring. "I want to be instrumental in building the business, not just put my name on it," says O'Dell, who spent the past year designing the collection.
