Danny Meyer, founder of Union Square Hospitality Group, has opened Untitled, a farm-to-table restaurant at the Whitney Museum of American Art. "We wanted to make something so good, you'd go whether or not you're interested in seeing art," says Meyer, who now has 10 restaurants....Rodney Henry, founder of Protégé, which sells low-priced sneakers endorsed by star athletes, including the Denver Nuggets's Al Harrington, is expanding to such markets as China and Europe.
