Danny Meyer, founder of Union Square Hospitality Group, has opened Untitled, a farm-to-table restaurant at the Whitney Museum of American Art. "We wanted to make something so good, you'd go whether or not you're interested in seeing art," says Meyer, who now has 10 restaurants....Rodney Henry, founder of Protégé, which sells low-priced sneakers endorsed by star athletes, including the Denver Nuggets's Al Harrington, is expanding to such markets as China and Europe. "I want to give kids around the world access to stylish, affordable shoes," he says....Canadian real estate agents Patricia Kiteke and Christina Carrick have launched Home for the Honeymoon, a full-service wedding-planning site on which couples can also register for house down payments. "How many toasters can you get?" says Carrick....World Moto founder Paul Giles is testing his motorcycle taxi fare meter, which he hopes will catch on among the growing ranks of two-wheeled taxis in Asia. "The meters will bring legitimacy to motorcycle taxis," Giles says....Lauren Conrad, star of MTV's reality show The Hills, has launched Paper Crown, a high-end fashion label. Conrad is also expanding LC Lauren Conrad, her popular apparel line at Kohl's.
