Several of Lauren Conrad's former castmates on The Hills, which ended last year, have started businesses of their own. Here's a sampling:

Kelly Cutrone, founder of fashion PR firm People's Revolution (at which Conrad worked on the show), is set to debut her own sportswear line, the Electric Love Army, this fall.

Serial entrepreneur Douglas Reinhardt, who dated Conrad on the show, co-founded RTW Productions in 2009; he has produced pilots for the A&E and E! networks.

Whitney Port worked with Conrad at Teen Vogue and People's Revolution before launching the Whitney Eve fashion label in 2009. Her high-end frocks are now sold online and in boutiques.
